Robert Llewellyn, who played Kryten in Red Dwarf, has a new internet show called Carpool, where he visits various interesting people across the country and takes them out for a drive. Earlier in the year I was fortunate enough to play host to Robert as he visited me at home in Chippenham.

Meeting with Cllr Jane Scott OBE
A video of my meeting yesterday with Cllr Jane Scott, OBE, leader of Wiltshire Council, at County Hall, Trowbridge. We discussed how the Council is coping with the extreme weather, rubbish deliveries, Wiltshire Council in 2010, the state of the roads, Birds Marsh and Bradford on Avon golf course, and what makes a good politician.
Visiting elderly residents
Yesterday I went and visited some elderly residents in Chippenham just to make sure they were ok in this bitterly cold weather and to chat about the things that matter to them.
