My One Minute Manifesto

Outlining in one minute what I hope to bring to Chippenham should I chosen to represent you in Westminster

I stand before you today in the wake of an economic and political storm. There is much to be done and the challenges are great. But the time has come for renewal, a time to regain our hopes, a time to hold our heads high, a time to have faith in tomorrow.

My background was devoid of hope and aspiration but I was fortunate to be given opportunities allowing me to build up a successful business and create jobs and opportunities for others. I’m not a career politician, but my life’s experience of injustice has given me a fire in the belly to help others.

Where I live in Chippenham, every day I see the burdens placed on us all. I pledge I will be a strong voice for you in Parliament, fighting to improve our local services and keeping our open spaces. I will work hard to protect the NHS, champion our Town Centres and make it easy for local business to ply their trade.

The greatest honour I could be given is to be trusted with the things we all hold dear to our hearts, the chance to make a better tomorrow, and for that, we need change.

Well said Wilfred! I hope the rest of our town & area will also appreciate your sincerity, admirable desire and suitability to represent our community and bring a breath of fresh air to Parliament. You have my vote!

Best wishes, only by selecting a strong Government can we have any hope of rebuilding our great nation. Wilfred gets our vote and those of everybody that we speak to.

    Best of luck.

Good Luck Wilfred for tomorrow, I really hope that you win the Chippenham seat, and that the Tories get into power. The country is in a terrible state thanks to Gordon Brown, I hold him personally responsible as he was the Chancellor for many years before he was Prime Minister.I will be voting for you and hoping that all the people who feel like me vote tory so we do not end up with a hung parliament.
By the way love the sausages, do you still make them or are you too busy these days?!!

best wishes Steph Anderson from Winsley.
