What a great day in Wiltshire! I had breakfast with Sir Richard Needham and Shadow Secretary for Culture, Media and Sport, Jeremy Hunt. Next stop was Corsham Farmer’s Market, lots of excellent looking produce. On to the Pound Pill Arts Centre which is a very impressive arts venue. And our final stop in Corsham was the Sci Fi Fayre – don’t miss the pictures of this! Daleks, stormtroopers, ghostbusters – they were all there!
Over to Bradford on Avon to the Fairplanet Festival at Wiltshire Music Centre which was a super event. My team helped unload some bongo drums, but unfortunately we had to leave before I heard them being played. And it was a very cultural morning in Bradford on Avon as we then visited the International Festival at St Margaret’s Hall – another superb event and then around the town to meet some more people.
The afternoon we canvassed Melksham as well as visited the town centre – thank you to all my helpers today!
